Shelley Eisenhandler, a partner in McLagan’s asset management practice, leads the firm’s alternative asset management business. Shelley and colleagues deliver compensation consulting services to hedge funds, private equity firms, alternative credit boutiques, and real estate investment managers.
Her work in the alternative asset management industry is focused on helping clients link performance to reward. She has conducted annual compensation surveys, benefit studies, performance benchmarking analyses, incentive plan design work, and customized industry research for over 300 alternative asset managers. In addition, she provides compensation and human capital consulting services to other types of asset management firms.
Shelley also assists many hedge funds in their year-end decision making, often meeting with management and compensation committees. Most recently, Shelley spent a significant amount of her time focusing on pay equity, diversity and inclusion, and technology convergence, launching a new product, Tech Data Powered by Radford in which FS clients can now access tech firm compensation data.
Shelley has also been involved in bringing McLagan’s human capital strategy capabilities to alternative asset management firms. This includes selection and assessment, career progression, HR effectiveness, engagement, and performance management.
She is a frequent speaker on human capital strategy and compensation topics at hedge fund industry events.
Shelley joined McLagan in 2004 after spending two years at GE. She received a B.S. in marketing and economics from the University of Connecticut at Storrs.
Sean Carney leads McLagan's European banks reward team. His group is responsible for relationships, benchmarking, and consulting services across all major investment, corporate, and retail banking clients with a presence in Europe.
With over 14 years of consulting experience, Sean helps firms drive improved business performance through better employee performance. Sean specializes in helping firms align rewards with an appropriate range of balanced performance measures, while complying with all relevant regulations.
Sean began his career within the consulting arm of SchlumbergerSema. He is currently a regular speaker at industry events and works with several industry associations.
Sean graduated with a B.A. in business economics.

Brooke Green works with clients to develop alignment between company strategy and total reward programs. She leads Radford's consulting efforts related to the assessment, design and communication of compensation programs for hourly, professional and management level employees. Her work covers all elements of pay including base salaries, annual and long-term incentives, and sales force compensation programs.
Brooke has significant experience developing base salary structures for companies in a variety of industries and at all stages of development. Her recent focus is the design of global leveling structures and career paths for technology and biopharmaceutical companies, including Cisco Systems, Gilead Sciences, Novo Nordisk, and VMware.
Before joining Radford, Brooke held a senior consulting role at Hay Group and prior to that she founded Presidio Pay Advisors, a boutique compensation consulting firm acquired by Hay Group.
For the past ten years, Brooke has also served as an instructor with the Northern California Human Resources Association's continuing education program, currently teaching "Designing and Managing Salary Structures" and "The Ins and Outs of Base Salary Management". Her thinking on these topics is published in the Journal of Compensation and Benefits.
Brooke received an M.B.A. from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, and she also holds a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
