Recent Updates

We’re always looking for ways to enhance the way you experience and interact with your McLagan survey data. Whether it’s new features or improved functionality, several important enhancements to McLaganLive were made over the past several months. Here are a few highlights:

Expanded Insights with Apps
McLaganLive users now have access to even deeper insights with the Employee Market Position, Aggregated Market Position, and Composite apps. Using these apps, clients can generate management-ready reports with custom views of compensation elements, understand where their firm is above or below market from a compensation perspective, and blend multiple jobs together to create the perfect benchmark.

Surveys App
This app is your source for everything you need to participate in McLagan surveys, including accessing data collection materials, securely submitting materials, as well as interacting with your McLagan survey results in pdf, xls, and csv formats. To learn more, watch the Surveys App video here.

Job Catalogue App
In September 2019, we launched our new Job Catalogue app, available for all McLaganLive users. This app gives clients the ability to access McLagan job descriptions and find jobs using a text search. Clients can also export the job lists to Excel. To learn more, read our release notes here.
