Platform Enhancements: Aggregated Market Position App

Aggregated Market Position is a powerful app that helps clients answer questions such as:

How much would it cost to be competitive with the market?
Which business areas, levels and geographies are above or below market from a compensation perspective?
What is my firm’s total spend by compensation element across business areas?

Here are some of the ways we’ve enhanced this app:

Added new bar chart type. To help make the charts easier to understand, a new bar chart has been introduced as the new default. The legacy column format remains available.
Added new Market Position by Region classification option. The new McLagan Classification groups survey locations as defined by McLagan.
Added the ability to view charts based upon aggregated employee elements such as corporate title, performance rating and job grade. Please contact your relationship manager for details
