New Enhancement to Get Excited About

Starting this year, we are introducing a new feature within the Employee Market Position app that allows you to conduct scenario modeling on key compensation elements for a selected group of employees.

This means you will now be able to:

  • Create scenario modeling for salary and cash bonus;
  • Quickly change compensation amounts and see the variance between old, new and employees' benchmark job; and
  • Analyze the impact of compensation changes on a user defined budget
