Compensation Benchmarking

This report benchmarks the competitiveness of your firm's financial advisor brokerage payouts.
Key features, include:

• Methodology: We model each firm’s plan through a series of case simulations, i.e. across several production levels, so firms can identify any pockets where they are less than competitive or conversely overpay;
• Data Collection: Each firm simply submits their most current FA pay plan document, i.e. no incumbent level data;
• Pay Mix: We not only benchmark total payout rates at each production level, but break that down into commissions, cash bonuses, and long-term awards so firms may also understand their mix of pay relative to competitors; and
• Peer Groups: We can benchmark your plan vs. National, Regional, and Bank Broker firms respectively. We also hope to build a peer group made up of firms more similar in size and scope to your own, as well as a Credit Union peer group for additional comparisons where applicable.
