McLagan Data Confidentiality Policy

We treat each company's data submissions in the strictest confidence. Company-identifiable survey data is not released. Customized compensation reports require selection of at least 3 companies in non-U.S. locations and 5 companies in U.S. locations and for U.S.-based firms in non-U.S. locations to ensure data sufficiency and confidentiality. We check that at least three companies reported data to a specific job prior to reporting it in non-U.S. locations for non-U.S. firms only. We check that at least five companies reported data to a specific job prior to reporting it in U.S. locations and for U.S. firms in non-U.S. locations. Within each job, we require data from at least three companies before specific calculated values can be reported in non-U.S. locations for non-U.S. based companies. These sufficiency rules ensure that McLagan provides the highest level of data confidentiality to our participants.
